You  there  through  thick  and  thin,
In  this  case you  always  win.

With  a  smile  on  your  face  so  beautiful,
You  cook  food  so  wonderful.

You  are  so  caring,
You  teach  us  the  lessons  of  sharing.

When  you  cuddle  me  it  feels  so  good,
In  winters  you  knit  me  a special  hood.

Your  skin  is  so  lovely  and  fair,
You  taught  me  to  attempt  the  tasks  which  I  couldn't  dare.

You  are  an  idol  of  love,
And  as  peaceful  as  a  dove.

Your  heart  is  so  kind,
As  you  don't  delay  in  answering the  questions in  my  mind.

The Thief

  I jumped out of bed, sweat covering me in a layer of sheen. Unable to sleep, I had been  and  turning  in my bed for two hours. Thinking that a little water and air would do me some good,  I got out of bed and went down the stairs. To my surprise, all the lights were switched off.
