A walk in the rain

One warm evening, my mother asked to fetch oil from the cupboard. I raced through the corner and to the cupboard only to find there was no oil. I told her about it and then she asked me to go with my father to get oil from the market. So we both went to the market and asked for oil. They said it was finished. So we went to another store and asked the same question. They said it was not in stock. They also added that it would come 6 in the morning. We were horrified. There was no other store in our colony. We could only think of one thing. Going to other market and fetching oil. So we booked an auto and went there. Thankfully they had oil. As we were purchasing it, out of the blue, it started raining cats and dogs! This was the worst thing! We dint have an umbrella. No auto could be found. It probably meant that we had to go walking in this heavy rain. We ran as fast as our legs would carry. When we neared our house we were soaked through our skins. What would mummy say? Probably she would interrogate us like a police. How did we get wet? Well! anyway, first thing she would say would be to change our clothes. Then comes the questioning.
